These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services (as described below), and constitute a binding legal agreement between you, as a user of the Services, and doctorslog.net. Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms (which can be revised and updated by “Doctorslog” as and when deemed necessary). By accessing and/or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
doctorslog.net is a service that enables professional networking of doctors and enable healthcare commerce – of whose nature and scope has not been determined yet and may be adopted in the future. The form and nature of the Services that doctorslog.net provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, doctorslog.net may need to stop (permanently or temporarily) providing some or all of the Services (or any of the features within the Services) to you or to users generally if we determine it necessary and may not be able to provide you with prior notice of the same.

You may use the Services of doctorslog.net if you are a doctor practicing Modern Medicine (as per the norms prescribed by the respective Medical Council in your State or Country) are not barred from receiving services under the laws of the India or other applicable jurisdiction. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.

Beta Version of the Services
The Services are currently available as a beta version. Doctorslog.net is willing to allow you to use the beta version of the Services on the condition that:
  • You abide by these Terms
  • You will use the Services and provide feedback to Doctorslog.net regarding your use of the Services including, logging any errors, bugs or other issues related to the Services and Acknowledge and agree that since the Services are in beta, Doctorslog.net makes no representations or warranties regarding the use, functionality, availability or reliability of the Services.
Any information, text, graphics, or other materials uploaded, downloaded or appearing on the Services, on your profile (“Content”) must comply with:

Any applicable guidelines or additional terms, like the profile Guidelines, and

You are responsible for any Content that you post, upload and otherwise submit to the Services and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By submitting Content to Doctorslog.net, you hereby grant doctorslog.net a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Services and Doctorslog.net’s (and its successor’s) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Services (including your profile) in any media formats and through any media channels. This license permits us to make your Content (i.e., your profile) available to our partners to access, distribute, market and promote our Services (and your profile), subject to our terms and conditions. By submitting Content, you affirm, represent, and/or warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize doctorslog.net to use all rights in and to any and all of your Content in the manner contemplated by the Services and these Terms.

While certain Content and conduct is prohibited, doctorslog.net does not actively monitor or control the Content posted to your profile and will not be responsible for the Content you make available on your profile. You may add, modify or remove Content from your profile at any time. If you remove Content from your profile, the Content will be deleted as soon as is practical.

Patient demographics and information which identifies a person should not be uploaded and any patient data uploaded should be done only after obtaining informed consent from the patient. The responsibility of obtaining the consent lies with the user and Doctorslog.net is not responsible nor liable in any way for failure in obtaining the consent from the patient

We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services, which violates these Terms for using the Service and submitting Content. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:

  • Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
  • Enforce the Terms, including investigation of potential violations hereof.
  • Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues
  • Respond to user support requests, or
  • Protect the rights, property or safety of doctorslog.net, its users and the public.

  • A written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
Usage ans Storage
Doctorslog.net does not currently place any limitations on the amount of content generated by users or amount of data storage used by users to support their Web Profiles. Doctorslog.net reserves the right, however, to establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Services, including without limitation to, the maximum storage space that will be allotted on Doctorslog.net’s servers on your behalf for your Content (which could limit the number of Medical Records you may store in your account). If we do implement such restrictions, we will notify you of such limits in advance before such limits take effect.
As part of providing you the Services, we may need to provide you with certain communications, such as service announcements and administrative messages. These communications are considered part of the Services and your Account, which, you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.

You restricted from doing these:

  • Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, doctorslog.net’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of doctorslog.net’s providers
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures
  • Access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that is provided by doctorslog.net (and only pursuant to those terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with doctorslog.net.
  • Forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information. or
  • Interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.
